Who is EMS?
Earth Management Solutions is a small locally owned business out of Ellington, Connecticut. It is run by James-Paul Forbes a local Paramedic for the area and a member of the CT Army National Guard. EMS started as a way to diversify hobbies from medicine and grew into something much more, offering over 10 years of industry experience.
Established in the fall of 2024 after returning from military training, the company is operated by James-Paul and his wife, Makenzie, an Emergency Department and Neonatal ICU nurse. With a solid team of employees. EMS was created to raise the standard of landscaping and bring a personally catered service to your door. "Bringing the golf course superintendent to you" is a motto we strive to encapsulate. We aim not only to maintain your property but also to create and suggest plans and ideas to maximize your property's health and appearance.

No. Our team can complete scheduled services whether you’re home, at work, or away. We treat every property with care and follow consistent quality standards on every visit.
No, we do not generally offer Bi-Weekly mowing. Bi-Weekly customers are considered on a case by case scenario.
At this time we do not offer fertilization services other then the initial starter fertilizer that would be applied during an initial lawn install.
Your scheduled service will be moved to the next day that is weather and conditions appropriate to complete your service, you will be notified of our plan to take care of your property.
Yes, our service area is generally depicted for our weekly residential mowing customers. We will travel within CT for other services such as projects, and commercial customers.
Yes! We offer up to 10% off your project and or bill for Veterans, and First Responders with ID for residential customers only.
